CAMPSITE RULES
We do our utmost to make your holiday as fun and enjoyable as possible. By staying at our campsite you agree to the following rules and agreements.

Camping spot and power supply
The campsite has 50 free camping spots of at least 250m2. Most pitches have a power connection (6 A). If you want to make use of this, you can indicate this on the reservation form. Take an extension cord of sufficient length with you. Please see the needed length at our page RESERVATIONS.
Sanitary
There are clean toilets, showers, washbasins and washing-up places for general use on the campsite. The use of hot water is free.
Pets
Pets must be reported at the reception and must be kept on a leash, vaccinated and have a vaccination record. We ask you to let the dog (s) outside the campsite. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd category are prohibited. Maximum 2 dogs per pitch.
Barbecuing
This is only allowed with a high barbecue and must be done under constant supervision. When using the barbecue, you should have a bucket of water on hand.
Night’s rest / noise pollution
Camping la Berge Ombragée is a quiet natural site. Sound equipment may therefore not disturb other camping guests. The night’s rest period applies from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Rental period
On the day of arrival, the camping spot or rental accommodation is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, you must clear the spot before 11 am (and tidy up). Please make the Safari tent available again before 10 am.
Payment for camping spot
After booking you will receive a written confirmation with the details of the reservation you have requested and the method of payment. The down payment is 50% of the accommodation costs. The reservation is final when the 1st payment, to be paid within 7 days after reservation, is received. The remaining payment must be paid upon arrival.
Payment of rental accommodation
After booking you will receive a written confirmation with the details of the reservation you have requested and the method of payment. The down payment is 50% of the accommodation costs. The reservation is final when the 1st payment, to be paid within 7 days after reservation, is received. The remaining amount must also be paid 6 weeks before upon arrival.
Surcharges
A legally required tourist tax is levied on the camping prices.
Cancellation of camping pitch
You must make a cancellation in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. If you want to cancel your reservation between 8 and 2 weeks before arrival, you will receive a 50% return of the deposit (minus the reservation costs). In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, your entire down payment will be canceled.If you do not arrive on the planned arrival date and you do not contact us about this, we will hold the accommodation for you for another 24 hours. Then we proceed to rent to others without refund of the (down) payment.
Cancellation Safari tent
You must make a cancellation known in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. If you want to cancel your reservation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, you will receive a 50% return of the deposit (minus the reservation costs). In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival, your entire payment will be canceled. If you do not arrive on the planned arrival date and you do not contact us about this, we will hold the accommodation for you for another 24 hours. Then we proceed to rent to others without refund of the (down) payment.
Insurance
You must arrange a cancellation insurance yourself.
Electric car
It is not allowed to charge your electric car on the campsite.
Damage
The camper is held liable for damage caused to buildings, rental accommodation and facilities on the campsite. Repair costs or replacement costs are charged to the camper.
Liability
Camping la Berge Ombragée does not accept any liability for damage or injury to campers or guests in connection with camping on the campsite and the use of the facilities, buildings and facilities of the campsite.
This applies in particular to playing and swimming in the river. Parents, supervisors or carers are at all times responsible for their (or their entrusted) children and of course for themselves.
