Camping la Berge Ombragée is located about 5 km from Beaulieu sur Dordogne, which has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.
It is a pleasant, small site with spacious camping spots (both sun and shade) right on the Dordogne River. A small campsite where you can camp the old-fashioned way and the children can play undisturbed. The many walnut trees provide plenty of shade.
The campsite has two sanitary buildings. These are kept clean and the hot showers are free. Divided over the buildings there are:
– 6 toilets
– 7 showers
– 6 sinks,
– 4 sinks for doing dishes,
– 2 hand washing basins.

In addition, there is sufficient tourist information available and you can borrow hiking maps free of charge at the reception.
