Cancellation & COVID-19
Cancellation Camping Spot
You must make a cancellation known in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. If you want to cancel your reservation between 8 and 2 weeks before arrival, you will receive a 50% return of the deposit (minus the reservation costs). In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, your entire down payment will be canceled.
If you do not arrive on the planned arrival date and you do not contact us about this, we will hold the accommodation for you for another 24 hours. Then we proceed to rent to others without refund of the (down) payment.

Even at closed borders, or if the campsite is not allowed to receive guests due to government regulations, the reservation will be canceled. An administration fee of 25 euros will be charged. The rest of the paid amount will be refunded immediately.
